A counter history of Internet

Extracted from a magazine (In French) from the Arte TV channel  [Download here]. Here is a link to the website of Arte

This part of the magazine deals with the coding and the making of things. Along with learning conventional human languages, educated people will have to learn one or more languages taken from the following list: C/C++, VB.NET, Java, Python, Perl, PhP etc. which will become universal means for communication. Failing to educate people at learning how to code may lead to monopolistic situations and to the confiscation of Internet.
