This is what happens when you play with fire! While preparing the next Arduino workshop for the “Les petits d├ębrouillards”, I assembled MicroTLT (micro tilt meter) on a bread board and decided to use an Arduino Nano in order to constrain the size of the demo prototype.

Too bad, while measuring voltages, one of my controller slipped and shorted some pins (I could not tell which exactly!). After some checking, it looked like the Schottky diode at the back was opened, meaning that I probably shorted +5V to ground! By chance, I have a few of spare diodes of this type. Finally, soldering a piggyback diode was not too difficult, thanks to some proper legs bending.

So cute, so desirable but so exposed to shortages!
